We except returns within 30 days from the order date, no exceptions after that date, on regular stock items (final sale items excluded) that have not been specifically altered for your size. Items returned must not be worn or washed and all labels must be intact. Intimate apparel, containing a crotch cannot be returned, by law, for hygiene reasons, so please make sure you order the appropriate size for panties or teddies.

We offer Custom alterations to all our customers, such as hemming, for our ready to wear garments. It is important that you provide us with accurate measurements at the time you placed your custom order. Any item that has been altered to fit your specific measurements cannot be exchanged unless we errored in the alteration of that garment based on the measurements you provided to us. So keep this exchange policy in mind when having a Ready to Wear item altered, make sure you measure accurately.

All our custom fitted designs have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We make your garment based on the measurements you have provided. If we fail to produce your custom design to your specific measurements a full refund will be issued upon the return of the garment.

Exchanges are accepted, for garments received as a gift, which may not fit or suit your style or color choice. By law, we cannot accept exchanges on items containing a crotch. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.

To Exchange a product or receive a Refund, contact our Service Department at or call our Toll Free number at 1-877-713-6277 (Canada & USA) or 1-902-895-6172 for instructions. We encourage our customers to use certified or insured mail when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for lost items in the mail. Please include a copy of you invoice or purchase order, including your mailing address and phone number.

If you paid using a credit card, the refund will be issued to the original credit card within 5 business days of receiving order. Payment made by cheque will be refunded in the same manner. If you have any questions about our Return Policy please call our office.
